Dear President Dr Ezzat Dear Mohamed and all AFSRA Executive Board.

My sincere thanks for having us in your marvelous city Cairo.

It gave us a chance to share regional anesthesia with anesthetists. Unquestionably the prime focus of AFSRA is to bridge the gap towards better perioperative care across Africa via the test of the word Europe,America and Asia .

From now on , I am convinced that the goal is reached ! With an impressive panel of high-level speakers and participants rigorous scientific presentations, workshops the meeting came to a close.

I was extremely delighted to give a presentation on ultrasound guided abdominal wall   blocks jointly with Dr Al Kassabany I give several ultrasound-guided regional anesthesiaa workshops.

Truly it was a « high flying » style and level with Dr Ruth,Dr Samer Dr Mohamed Dr Sonia Dr Amani Dr Sonia Dr Morne and others.After the meeting I especially enjoyed the Dinner cruise on the magical Nile and the tour of pyramids.
